Jagmeet Singh, Leader of the New Democratic Party of Canada and Member of Parliament for Burnaby South, Canada, is known for his support of pro-Khalistan extremists like Gurpatwant Singh Pannun and his organization, Sikhs For Justice (SFJ). He has been accused of actively inciting violence against the Hindu community and Indian residents in Canada. Despite these allegations, no action has been taken against him by Canadian authorities, likely due to his political influence.

Recently, Jagmeet Singh issued a letter accusing the Indian government of assassinating pro-Khalistan extremist Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Canada. He also demanded action against the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), an organization known for advocating the rights of Hindus internationally. This demand appears to be aimed at creating a more vulnerable situation for Indians and Hindus in Canada, allowing extremists like Gurpatwant Singh Pannun of SFJ greater freedom to target them.

Jagmeet Singh is closely connected with extremist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun. In a video and poster released by SFJ, Pannun offered a reward of 500,000 to anyone who could track the whereabouts of the Indian High Commissioner to Canada, Sanjay Kumar Verma. In this video, an image of Sanjay Kumar Verma was shown being shot with multiple bullets. The actions of Jagmeet Singh, Pannun, and SFJ constitute criminal offenses under Canadian law and are cognizable in nature.

Therefore, through this complaint, I request that an FIR be lodged under the appropriate sections of the Canadian legal framework against the aforementioned accused individuals.
